Description
  
  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 136650.    verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Azofarbstoifes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       Farbstoff    erhält, wenn man auf 1     Mol    des  5,     5'-Dioxy-7,        7'-disulfo    - 1, 1', 2', 2     -dinaphth-          azins    der Formel

    das durch saure Kupplung von dianotierter       Sulfanilsäüre    mit 5,     5'-Dioxy-7,        7'-disulfö-2,        2'-          dinaphthylamin    und Erwärmen des gebildeten  Reaktionsproduktes erhalten werden kann,
    2     Mol    dianotiertes     4,6-Dinitro-2-amino-l-phenol     einwirken lässt und den erhaltenen     Farbstoff     mit einem kupferabgebenden Mittel behandelt.  
  Der erhaltene     Farbstoff    ist ein     schwarz-          bronziges    Pulver, das sich in Wasser mit  grünblauer, in verdünnten Alkalien mit blauer    und in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit       schwärzlichgrüner    Farbe löst. Er färbt natür  liche Seide, Baumwolle und Kunstseiden aus  regenerierter     Zellulose    aus neutralem oder  schwachalkalischem     Glaubersalzbade    in grün  lichen Grautönen von ausgezeichneter Echtheit.
           Beispiel       47,2 Teile 5,     5'-Dioxy-7,        7'-disulfo-1,    1', 2',       2-dinaphtbazin    und 50 Teile wasserfreie Soda  werden in 500 Teilen Wasser gelöst und bei  0 bis 5   mit dem     Diazokörper    aus 40 Teilen  4,6     Dinitro-2-amino-l-phenol    kombiniert. Nach  beendeter Kupplung versetzt man mit der     Kup-          feroxydammoniaklösung    aus 50 Teilen kristal  lisiertem Kupfersulfat, erwärmt auf 80  ,  salzt aus, filtriert und trocknet.

    which can be obtained by acidic coupling of dianotated sulfanilic acid with 5, 5'-dioxy-7, 7'-disulfo-2, 2'-dinaphthylamine and heating the reaction product formed,
    Allowing 2 moles of dianotated 4,6-dinitro-2-amino-1-phenol to act and treating the dye obtained with a copper donor.
  The dye obtained is a black-bronze powder which dissolves in water with a greenish-blue color, in dilute alkalis with a blue and in concentrated sulfuric acid with a blackish-green color. It dyes natural silk, cotton and artificial silk made from regenerated cellulose from a neutral or slightly alkaline Glauber's salt bath in greenish gray shades of excellent fastness.
           EXAMPLE 47.2 parts of 5, 5'-dioxy-7, 7'-disulfo-1, 1 ', 2', 2-dinaphtbazine and 50 parts of anhydrous soda are dissolved in 500 parts of water and, at 0 to 5, with the diazo body 40 parts of 4,6 dinitro-2-amino-1-phenol combined. When the coupling is complete, the copper oxide ammonia solution of 50 parts of crystallized copper sulfate is added, the mixture is heated to 80, salted out, filtered and dried.
