das durch saure Kupplung von dianotierter Sulfanilsäure mit 2-Phenylaminonaphthalin- 5-oxy-7-sulfosäure und Erwärmen des gebil deten Reaktionsproduktes erhalten werden kann,
1 Mol dianotierte 4-Nitro-2-amirro-l- pheriol-6-sulfosäure einwirken lässt und den erhaltenen Farbstoff mit einem kupferab gebenden Mittel behandelt.
Der erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein dunkles Pulver, das sich in Wasser, sowie in ver dünnten Alkalien mit violetter und in kon- zentrierter Schwefelsäure mit grüner Farbe löst. Er färbt Baumwolle, natürliche Seide und Kunstseiden aus regenerierter Zellulose in echten violetten Tönen.
<I>Beispiel</I> Man löst 33 Teile 5-Oxy-7-sulfo-l. 2-napli- thophenazin und 25 Teile kalzinierter Soda in 350 Teilen Wasser und kombiniert bei 8-10 mit dem Diazokörper aus 22 Teilen 4-Nitro-2-aniino-l-phenol-6-sulfosärire. Nach beendeter Kupplung wird der Farbstoff durch Kochsalz aus der Lösung ausgefällt und filtriert. Man löst ihn in 2000 Teilen heissem Wasser und fügt die Lösung von 26 Teilen kristallisiertem Kupfersulfat in Wasser zu, rührt einige Zeit bei 80-901, fällt mit Koch salz, filtriert und trocknet.

The dye obtained is a dark powder which dissolves in water and diluted alkalis with a violet color and in concentrated sulfuric acid with a green color. It dyes cotton, natural silk and artificial silk from regenerated cellulose in real purple tones.
<I> Example </I> 33 parts of 5-oxy-7-sulfo-l are dissolved. 2-napithophenazine and 25 parts of calcined soda in 350 parts of water and combined at 8-10 with the diazo body of 22 parts of 4-nitro-2-aniino-1-phenol-6-sulfosärire.
