Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallhaltigen     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       Lnetallhaltigen        Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man  den     Azofarbstoff,    der erhalten wird, durch  Vereinigen von     1-Diazo-4-cinnamoylamino-          benzol-2-karbonsäure    und     1-(4'-Sulfophenyl)-          5-pyrazolon-3-karbonsäure    mit Kupfer abge  benden Mitteln behandelt.  



  Der neue     Farbstoff    stellt ein gelbes Pulver  dar, das die Baumwolle in     rötlichgelben,     lichtechten Tönen färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  28,2 Teile des Kondensationsproduktes  aus 1     Mol        1,4-Diaminoberizol-2-karbonsäure     und 1     Mol        Zimmtsäurechlorid    werden in üb  licher Weise     diazotiert    und in eine Lösung  von 28,4 Teilen     1-(4'-Sulfophenyl)-5-pyrazolon-          3-karbonsäure    eingetragen. Der gelbe Farb  stoff wird     abfiltriert,    in etwa 500 Teile heisses  Wasser eingetragen und mit einer Lösung    aus 28 Teilen kristallisiertem Kupfersulfat  in etwa 60 Teilen 20     o/oigem    Ammoniak ver  setzt.

   Nach einigem Erwärmen wird nach  Zugabe von etwas Kochsalz die gebildete  Kupferverbindung     abfiltriert.  



  Process for the preparation of a metal-containing azo dye. It has been found that a new metal-containing azo dye can be obtained by using the azo dye obtained by combining 1-diazo-4-cinnamoylamino-benzene-2-carboxylic acid and 1- (4'-sulfophenyl) -5-pyrazolone -3-carboxylic acid treated with copper-emitting agents.



  The new dye is a yellow powder that dyes the cotton in reddish-yellow, lightfast shades.



  <I> Example: </I> 28.2 parts of the condensation product of 1 mol of 1,4-diaminoberizole-2-carboxylic acid and 1 mol of room acid chloride are diazotized in the usual way and converted into a solution of 28.4 parts of 1- (4 '-Sulfophenyl) -5-pyrazolone-3-carboxylic acid entered. The yellow dye is filtered off, added to about 500 parts of hot water and ver with a solution of 28 parts of crystallized copper sulfate in about 60 parts of 20% ammonia.

   After some heating and adding some common salt, the copper compound formed is filtered off.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Metall haltigen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass man den Azofarbstoff, der erhalten wird durch Vereinigen von 1-Diazo-4-cinna- moylaminobenzol-2-karbonsäure und 1-(4'- Sulfopheriyl)-5-pyrazolon-3-karbonsäure mit Kupfer abgebenden Mitteln behandelt. Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein gelbes Pul ver dar, das die Baumwolle in rötliehgelben, lichtechten Tönen färbt.
