Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 171369. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines stickstoffhaltigen Kondensationsproduktes. Es wurde gefunden, dass ein stickstoff haltiges Kondensationsprodukt erhalten wer den kann, wenn 1 Mol bromiertes 1.2-Phtlial- oyl-6-monochlorcarbazol, das durch Bromieren von 1.2-Phthaloyl-6-moriochloi-carbazol erhält lich ist und etwa 3 Atome Brom enthält,
mit 1 Alol 1.4-Monoberizoyldiaminoarithrachinon zur Unisetzung gebracht und das gebildete Produkt mit sauren kondensierenden Mitteln behandelt wird.
Das stickstoffhaltige Kondensationsprodukt stellt ein dunkles Pulver dar, das sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit schwarz brariner Farbe löst und Baumwolle aus der Küpe in echten Korinth-Tönen färbt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 25,0 Teile bromiertes l.2-Phthaloyl-6- chlorcarbazol, erhältlich durch Bromieren des 1.2-Phthaloyl-6-chlorcar-bazols in Gegenwart von Jod in Nitrobenzol bei 150-1600, und das etwa 3 Atome Brom enthält, 17,1 Teile 1 . 4 - Monoberizoyldiarninoanthrachinon, 10 Teile Soda, 2 Teile Kupferacetat und 200 Teile Naphthalin werden zusammengeschmol zen und während 18 Stunden zum Sieden er hitzt.
Man lässt dann etwas abkühlen und verdünnt bei etwa 120 mit 200 Teilen Chlor benzol, filtriert noch heiss ab, wäscht nach einander mit Chlorbenzol und Alkohol und kocht dann zur Entfernung von anorganischen Bestandteilen mit Wasser unter Zusatz von etwas konzentrierter Salzsäure aus.
30 Teile wasserfreies, gemahlenes Alu miniumchlorid werden vorsichtig in 60 Teile Pyridin eingetragen. Bei etwa 100 gibt man in diese Schmelze 10 Teile des im erster) Ab- satze erhaltenen Produktes zu und hält die Schmelze 1 Stunde bei 140-150'. Der neue Farbstoff kann durch Eintragen der Schmelze in wässerige alkalische Hydrosulfitlösung, Ab filtrieren von unverküpbaren Verunreinigun gen und Oxydation mit Luft rein erhalten werden.

The nitrogen-containing condensation product is a dark powder that dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a black brary color and dyes cotton from the vat in real Corinthian tones.
<I> Example: </I> 25.0 parts of brominated 1,2-phthaloyl-6-chlorocarbazole, obtainable by brominating the 1,2-phthaloyl-6-chlorocarbazole in the presence of iodine in nitrobenzene at 150-1600, and that contains about 3 atoms of bromine, 17.1 parts 1. 4 - Monoberizoyldiarninoanthraquinone, 10 parts of soda, 2 parts of copper acetate and 200 parts of naphthalene are melted together and heated to the boil for 18 hours.
