Description
I>k3</I></B> Halbwollfärberei dienen. <I>Beispiel:</I> <B>8,6</B> Teile eines Harzes erhalten durch Kondensation von<B>96</B> gr Chlorphenol, 22 gr Harnstoff,<B>115</B> Teilen FormaIdehyd und <B>18</B> cm' Schwefelsäure 2% werden mit<B>9.5</B> Teilen Chlorphenol bei<B>70'</B> so lange gerührt, bis eine homogene Lösung des Harzes ent standen ist.
Man lässt <B>150,</B> Teile Monohydrat zufliessen und rührt weit-er, bis eine Probe im gleichen Raumteil Wasser auch in der Kälte klar löslieh ist. Nach Abstumpfen der über schüssigen Säure mit Natriumkarbonat lässt sich das lösliche Harz durch Aussalzen mit Natrium-chlorid oder durch Ein-dampfen als schwach gefärbte, amorphe Masse gewinnen;
Ziisatzpateitit to the main patent no. <B> 158243. </B> Process for the preparation of a highly molecular sulphate. It has been found that new water-soluble condensation products can be achieved if solid, acidic condensed synthetic resins based on formaldelide are treated with phenol, its homologues or substitution products and the resulting homogeneous mass treated with sulphonating agents.
The present invention relates to a method for the preparation of a high molecular weight sulfonic acid, characterized in that a synthetic resin obtained by condensation of a technical mixture of o- and p-chlorophenol and urea with formaldehyde using acidic catalysts in one Technical mixture of o- and p-chloro-r-phenol dissolves and treated with .sulphonating agents until water-soluble.
In the form of its alkali salt, the new body is a weakly colored, amorphous mass. In addition to being a tanning agent, the product can also serve as a wool reservation agent in the <B><I>k3</I> </B> semi-wool dyeing process. <I> Example: </I> <B> 8.6 </B> parts of a resin obtained by condensation of <B> 96 </B> gr chlorophenol, 22 gr urea, <B> 115 </B> parts Formaldehyde and <B> 18 </B> cm 'sulfuric acid 2% are stirred with <B> 9.5 </B> parts of chlorophenol at <B> 70' </B> until a homogeneous solution of the resin has formed .
<B> 150 </B> parts of monohydrate are allowed to flow in and stirring is continued until a sample in the same volume of water is clearly soluble even in the cold. After the excess acid has been blunted with sodium carbonate, the soluble resin can be obtained as a weakly colored, amorphous mass by salting out with sodium chloride or by evaporation;
Their solutions have a sia-rk precipitating effect on basic dyestuffs, have strong impregnating properties and turn a reddish blue color with ferric chloride.
