Abstract
La présente invention concerne des promoteurs natifs comprenant des polynucléotides isolés à partir de Corynebacterium glutamicum, ainsi que des promoteurs mutants dérivés de ceux-ci, qui peuvent être utilisés pour réguler, c'est-à-dire, augmenter ou réduire, l'expression génique. L'invention concerne également des échelles de promoteurs comprenant une pluralité des promoteurs présentant une activité de promoteur augmentant progressivement. L'invention concerne également des cellules hôtes et des vecteurs recombinés comprenant lesdits promoteurs, ainsi que des procédés d'expression de gènes d'intérêt et de production de biomolécules au moyen des cellules hôtes.
