Abstract
L'invention concerne une tôle d'acier laminée à froid, possédant d'excellentes propriétés de durcissement par écrouissage et précipitation, et caractérisée en ce qu'elle possède la composition chimique suivante, en pourcentage massique: C: inférieur à 0,01 %, Si: de 0,005 à 1,0 %, Mn: de 0,01 à 1,0 %, Nb: de 0,005 à 0,050 %, Al: de 0,005 à 0,030 %, N: de 0,005 à 0,040 %, B: de 0,0005 à 0,0015 %, P: 0,05 % ou moins, S: 0,01 % ou moins, le solde étant constitué essentiellement de Fe, à la condition que la composition corresponde aux formules suivantes (1) et (2): N % >/= 0,0015 + 14/93 . Nb % + 14/27 . Al % + 14/11. B % ---(1); C % </= 12/93 . Nb % --- (2); l'invention concerne également une tôle d'acier, galvanisée dans un bain chaud, alliée, produite à partir de la tôle laminée à froid. Cette tôle d'acier possède une résistance grandement accrue à la traction lorsqu'on la soumet à un traitement thermique/de formage à la presse, tout en conservant d'excellentes propriétés d'emboutissage profond lors du formage à la presse.
