Abstract

Le four de thermolyse comprend une cavité (50) étanche à l'air, comprenant une interface d'entrée pour introduire des déchets dans ladite cavité (50) et une sortie (54) de flux gazeux résultant de la thermolyse. Une chambre de combustion (60) entoure la cavité (50) et un brûleur (80) possède une entrée (84) reliée à la sortie (54) de la cavité et une sortie (86) délivrant un gaz de combustion dans la chambre de combustion (60). La sortie de flux gazeux de la cavité (54) comprend au moins une gaine d'évacuation (GA) comprenant une première extrémité reliée à la cavité et une seconde extrémité reliée au brûleur (80), la gaine (GA) étant propre à loger une vis sans âme (117), apte à capter au moins en partie les poussières de solides carbonés présentes dans le flux gazeux résultant de la thermolyse et à tourner, sur commande, afin de renvoyer dans la cavité du four les poussières ainsi captées.
