Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent improper air from being sucked into a drum dryer by assembling a ventilator between a combustion device and the dryer and operating the dryer under the atmospheric pressure. CONSTITUTION: In a method for operating dryer for deposit, a ventilator 1 is assembled between a combustion device 2 and a drum dryer 3 so that a hot blast may be sucked from the device 2 operated under a low pressure and pushed in the dryer 3. Therefore, the dryer 3 is operated under the atmospheric pressure. A ventilator 4 sucks exhaust air through a cyclone 5 and a dust collector 6 and pushes out the exhaust air into the atmosphere through a chimney 7. In this method, the drum dryer 3 can be operated under the atmospheric pressure by driving the combustion device 2 with a required low pressure. Since the pressure is measured at the inlet of the dryer 3 and the quantity of the hot blast is controlled correspondingly, the pressure can be maintained invariably without problem.
