Abstract

"FORNO DE TERMóLISE, APLICAçãO DE UM PARAFUSO SEM ALMA E UTILIZAçãO DE MATéRIAS SóLIDAS CARBONADAS". O forno de termólise compreende uma cavidade (50) estanque ao ar, que compreende uma interface de entrada para introduzir dejetos na dita cavidade (50) e uma saída (54) de fluxo gasoso que resulta da termólise. Uma câmara de combustão (60) circunda a cavidade (50); e um queimador (80) que possui uma entrada (84) ligada à saída (54) da cavidade e uma saída (86) que fornece um gás da combustão dentro da câmara de combustão (60). A saída de fluxo gasoso da cavidade (54) compreende pelo menos uma bainha de evacuação (GA) que compreende uma primeira extremidade ligada à cavidade e uma segunda extremidade ligada ao queimador (80), a bainha (GA) sendo própria para alojar um parafuso sem alma (117), próprio para captar pelo menos em parte as poeiras de sólidos carbonados presentes no fluxo gasoso que resulta da termólise e para girar, sob comando, a fim de enviar de volta para dentro da cavidade do forno as poeiras assim captadas.
