Abstract
Selon ce procédé de forage, notamment de forage percutant ou roto-percutant, et de revêtement de trous creusés dans le sol ou des matières rocheuses, on creuse un trou (13) par un mouvement percutant et/ou rotatif au moyen d'une couronne à diamants (1, 2, 3) montée sur un train de tiges (9) et on forme un revêtement au moyen d'une gaine tubulaire (5). Pendant le forage, au moins une gaine tubulaire (5, 5') couplée à la couronne de diamants (1, 2, 3) est axialement tirée par la couronne de diamants (1, 2, 3) dans le trou (13) et une fois le forage achevé, la couronne de diamants (3) est retirée au moins en partie avec le train de tiges (9) de la gaine tubulaire (5, 5'). Dans le dispositif de forage décrit, notamment de forage percutant ou roto-percutant, et de revêtement de trous creusés dans le sol ou des matières rocheuses, une couronne de diamants (1, 2, 3) montée sur un train de tiges (9) creuse un trou de forage par un mouvement percutant et/ou rotatif. La couronne de diamants (1, 2, 3) est divisée en deux parties dans le sens radial. Au moins une gaine tubulaire (5, 5') qui entoure le train de tiges (9) est située autour de la circonférence extérieure de la couronne de diamants (3), à son extrémité opposée à la surface de forage, et est reliée par liaison de forme à la couronne de diamants (1) par au moins un élément d'accouplement (6) de façon à être entraînée par traction dans le sens longitudinal du trou de forage (13).
