- the invention relates to a bit assembly in a drilling apparatus said apparatus working by hammering and/or rotating said assembly comprising of a pilot bit, drilling the central part of the hole and a ring bit fitted in connection with the said pilot bit and furnished with cylindrical inner surface drilling the outer surface of said hole, and further, between the pilot bit and the ring bit a blocking arrangement of mutual rotation and axial movement, whereby opening of said blocking arrangement makes it possible to pull the pilot bit off the hole, while the ring bit remains in the hole, and the bit assembly comprises a casing tube and its extension, and an interlocking system which is through a ring-shaped device from the extension of the casing tube adapted to transfer pulling force from the pilot or ring bit to the casing tube extension, and said interlocking system can be opened in order to continue drilling with the ring and pilot bits, when the casing tube remains in its place.

- a new bit assembly is developed, characteristic of which is that a ring like device comprises parts directed to the inside, by means of which said device is permissively fitted to rotate into the traverse groove on the outer surface of either the pilot or ring bit so that its motion is limited or blocked in both axial directions.
- the advantage of the invention is that the casing tube, which during drilling is pulled into the hole can be left in the hole in the place wanted, for instance on hitting the rock, without pulling the drilling apparatus occasionally from the hole.
- the pilot and also ring bits continue drilling without the casing tube therewith the diameter of the drilled hole remains unchanged.
- the ring bit which is often to be left in a finished hole, can for its part be made material saving, since the pulling system that pulls the casing tube into the hole comes in this solution around the pilot bit.
- the casing tube is pulled by means of the pilot bit and not the ring bit the hammering surfaces between pilot and ring bits can be remarkably smaller in regard to former solutions, whereby the wall thickness of the pilot bit in its cylindrical portion can also be made smaller.

This is possible, since according to the invention, the ring like device comprises on its inner surface elevating parts directed to the inside.

However, they will in axial directions be locked to each other, but for them a small mutual clearance 5 - 10 mm in the axial direction is remained.

Claims (6)
- Ensemble de trépan dans un dispositif de forage fonctionnant à percussion et/ou à rotation, ledit ensemble comprenant un trépan pilote (1) forant la partie centrale du trou et un trépan annulaire (2) monté en liaison avec ledit trépan pilote (1) et muni d'une surface cylindrique intérieure forant la surface extérieure dudit trou, et également, entre le trépan pilote (1) et le trépan annulaire (2), un agencement de blocage de mouvement rotatif et axial mutuel, l'ouverture dudit agencement de blocage permettant de retirer du trou le trépan pilote (1) pendant que le trépan annulaire (2) reste dans le trou, et ledit ensemble de trépan comprenant un tubage et son prolongement (6) et un système de verrouillage qui, par le biais d'un dispositif de forme annulaire (8) émanant du prolongement (6) du tubage, est adapté de manière à transmettre une force de traction du trépan pilote ou annulaire au prolongement (6) du tubage, et ledit système de verrouillage pouvant être ouvert pour continuer le forage avec les trépans annulaire et pilote (1, 2) quand le tubage reste en sa position, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de forme annulaire (8) comprend des parties orientées vers l'intérieur au moyen desquelles ledit dispositif est attaché d'une manière lui permettant de tourner dans la rainure transversale (10) dans la surface extérieure soit du trépan pilote, soit du trépan annulaire de sorte que son mouvement soit limité ou bloqué dans les deux directions axiales.
- Ensemble de trépan selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de forme annulaire (8) est verrouillé dans la direction axiale dans le prolongement (6) du tubage puisque monté dans la rainure de forme annulaire (11) appartenant à la surface intérieure du prolongement (6) de sorte qu'il puisse tourner dans ledit prolongement.
- Ensemble de trépan selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement (6) du tubage muni d'une rainure de forme annulaire (11) est fretté autour du dispositif de forme annulaire (8).
- Ensemble de trépan selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le trépan pilote (1) ou le trépan annulaire (2) peut être ouvert par rotation mutuelle par rapport au dispositif de forme annulaire (8) pour une position dans laquelle il peut être enfilé au travers dudit dispositif.
- Ensemble de trépan selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de forme annulaire (8) est fixé à la manière d'un coupleur à baïonnette dans les rainures transversales et terminales (10) dans la surface extérieure du trépan pilote (1).
- Ensemble de trépan selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la rainure longitudinale de rinçage (12) dans la surface du trépan pilote (1) est plus profonde que les rainures longitudinales de verrouillage (17) et les rainures transversales (10) dans la surface du trépan pilote.
