Abstract
aparelho e método para aplicar um lubrificante a uma parte rosqueada de um tubo de aço trata-se de um aparelho de aplicação de lubrificante que pode aplicar de forma fina e uniforme um lubrificante altamente viscoso sobre a parte rosqueada de uma junta rosqueada para tubos que compreende uma unidade de suporte de tubo de aço 2 que dá suporte a um tubo de aço p que tem um pino 8a enquanto gira o tubo; um sistema de circulação de lubrificante 3 em que um lubrificante 9 que tem sua viscosidade ajustada de forma a ser aspergível é circulado; uma unidade de medição 4a que tem uma bomba de medição capaz de medir o lubrificante 9; uma unidade de aspersão de lubrificante 5a que tem pistolas de aspersão 19 e 20 para aspergir o lubrificante através dos bocais 19a e 20a em direção ao pino 8a; uma unidade de suporte de pistola de aspersão 6 que dá suporte às pistolas de aspersão 19 e 20 de modo a ser móvel nas direções axial e/ou radial do tubo de aço p; e uma unidade de controle 7 que controla a velocidade rotacional do tubo de aço p pela unidade de suporte de tubo de aço 2 e as velocidades de movimento das pistolas de aspersão 19 e 20 pela unidade de suporte de pistola de aspersão 6.
