Abstract

COMPOSIçãO DE BEBIDA EM Pó. A invenção refere-se a uma composição de bebida em pó baixa em carboidrato livre, de baixa caloria, solúvel em água fria, contendo proteína e fibra adequada para reconstituição com água ou líquidos baseados em água. Mais especificamente, a presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de bebida em pó baixa em carboidrato livre, de baixa caloria, solúvel em água fria compreendendo (1) um componente proteína, (2) um componente fibra solúvel, e (3) um componente edulcorante de intensidade alta opcional, na qual o componente fibra solúvel aumenta a fluxibilidade e a solubilidade em água fria da composição de bebida em pó.
