Abstract
MÉTODO PARA INDUÇçO DE DIFERENCIAÇçO DE CÉLULAS TRONCO PLURIPOTENTES EM CARDIOMIàCITOS. A presente invenção fornece um método para a indução de diferenciação em cardiomiácitos, de maneira eficiente e seletiva, a partir de células tronco. Um método para indução de diferenciação em cardiomiácitos a partir de células tronco pluripotentes, que compreende: (i) o cultivo das células tronco pluripotentes em um meio de cultura não contendo qualquer substância que promova a ativação da via de sinalização Wnt canônica durante o período de tempo entre o início da indução de diferenciação e 24 horas antes do período de elevada expressão de gene Wnt canônico; e, então, (ii) o cultivo das células tronco pluripotentes em um meio de cultura contendo uma substância, que promova a ativação da via de sinalização Wnt canônica durante um período de tempo de 24 a 96 horas, partindo de 24 a O horas antes do período de elevada expressão de gene Wnt canônico.
