Claims (15)
- REIVINDICAÇÕES1. Banda de cisalhamento definindo uma direção radial, a banda de cisalhamento compreendendo:uma camada de cisalhamento compósita (10, 20) tendo um módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico total;pelo menos uma primeira membrana (130, 230) aderida a uma extensão radialmente para dentro da mencionada camada de cisalhamento compósita (10, 20); e pelo menos uma segunda membrana (140, 240) aderida a uma extensão radialmente externa da mencionada camada de cisalhamento compósita (10, 20);onde uma relação do módulo de tração longitudinal de uma das mencionadas membranas e o módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico total da mencionada camada de cisalhamento compósita é pelo menos cerca de 100: 1;caracterizada pelo fato de que a mencionada camada de cisalhamento compósita (10, 20) compreende pelo menos (i) uma ou mais camadas um primeiro módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico e uma primeira fração de volume total, (ii) uma ou mais camadas (10, 20) tendo um segundo módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico e uma segunda fração de volume total, onde a relação do segundo módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico e o primeiro módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico é pelo menos cerca de 3, e onde as mencionadas uma ou mais camadas (10, 20), tendo um primeiro ou segundo módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico sendo dispostos de maneira alternada entre camadas possuindo o primeiro módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico e camadas tendo o segundo módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico, ao longo da direção radial do pneu.
- 2. Banda de cisalhamento de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo fato de que as mencionadas uma ou mais camadas tendo um primeiro módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico compreendem pelo menos um material tendo uma histerese menor do que cerca de 0,2 em esforços entre cerca de 15 por cento e cerca de 30 por cento.
- 3. Banda de cisalhamento de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo fato de que a mencionada uma ou mais camadas tendo um primeiro módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico compreende pelo menos um material tendo uma histerese menor do que cerca de 0,1 em esforços entre cerca de 15 por cento e cerca de 30 por cento.Petição 870190058278, de 24/06/2019, pág. 12/152/4
- 4. Banda de cisalhamento de acordo com a reivindicação 3, caracterizada pelo fato de que a mencionada uma ou mais camadas tendo um segundo módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico compreende pelo menos um material tendo uma histerese menor do que cerca de 0,07 em esforços entre cerca de 0,1 por cento e cerca de 2 por cento.
- 5. Banda de cisalhamento de acordo com a reivindicação 3, caracterizada pelo fato de que uma ou mais camadas tendo um segundo módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico compreende pelo menos um material tendo uma histerese menor que cerca de 0,04 em esforços entre cerca de 0,1% e cerca de 2%.
- 6. Pneu (100, 200) tendo uma porção de contato com o solo e uma porção de banda de rodagem, caracterizado pelo fato de que o pneu compreende a banda de cisalhamento conforme definida na reivindicação 5.
- 7. Pneu (100, 200) de acordo com a reivindicação 6, caracterizado pelo fato de que a segunda fração de volume total está na faixa de cerca de 0,3 a cerca de 0,7.
- 8. Pneu (100, 200) para colocação em uma roda, o pneu definindo uma direção radial, compreendendo:porção de banda de rodagem de contato com o solo (110, 205);uma banda anular reforçada (110, 210) disposta radialmente para dentro da mencionada porção de banda de rodagem, em que a mencionada banda anular reforçada compreende uma camada de cisalhamento de compósito (10, 20) tendo um módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico total;uma estrutura de suporte (260) para montar a mencionada banda e a mencionada porção de banda de rodagem à roda, estando a mencionada estrutura de suporte localizada radialmente para dentro da mencionada banda anular reforçada;pelo menos uma primeira membrana (130, 230) aderida à extensão radialmente para dentro da mencionada camada de cisalhamento compósita; e pelo menos uma segunda membrana (140, 240) aderida à extensão radialmente externa da mencionada camada de cisalhamento compósita;Petição 870190058278, de 24/06/2019, pág. 13/153/4 onde uma relação do módulo de tração longitudinal de uma das mencionadas membranas para o módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico total da mencionada camada de cisalhamento compósita é de pelo menos cerca de 100: 1;caracterizado pelo fato de que a mencionada camada de cisalhamento (i) uma ou mais camadas (10, 20) construídas de materiais tendo um primeiro módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico e uma primeira fração de volume total; e (ii) uma ou mais camadas (10, 20) construídas de materiais tendo um segundo módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico e uma segunda fração de volume total;onde a relação do segundo módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico e o primeiro módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico é pelo menos cerca de 3, e em que a mencionada uma ou mais camadas de materiais tendo o primeiro ou segundo módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico dispostas de uma maneira alternada entre o primeiro módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico e o segundo módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico ao longo da direção radial do pneu.
- 9. Pneu (100, 200) de acordo com a reivindicação 8, caracterizado pelo fato de que a segunda fração de volume total está na faixa de cerca de 0,3 a cerca de 0,7.
- 10. Pneu (100, 200) de acordo com a reivindicação 8, caracterizado pelo fato de que a segunda fração de volume total é de cerca de 0,5.

- 12. Pneu (100, 200) de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 8, 9, ou 10 caracterizado pelo fato de que o primeiro módulo dinâmico é maior do que cerca de 2 MPa mas menor do que cerca de 4 MPa.

Pneu (100, 200) de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 8, 9, ou 10, caracterizado pelo fato de que o alongamento na ruptura a 100 °C é maior do que cerca de 100 por cento para as mencionadas uma ou mais camadas construídas a partir de materiais tendo um primeiro módulo de cisalhamento dinâmico.
