Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO ELETROLUMINESCENTE ORGáNICO, E, MéTODO DE PROTEGER UM DISPOSITIVO ELETROLUMINESCENTE ORGáNICO CONTRA A ABSORçãO DE UMIDADE". Um dispositivo eletroluminescente orgânico compreende um substrato que suporta um primeiro eletrodo, um segundo eletrodo, e uma estrutura emissora de luz que está disposta entre os primeiro e segundo eletrodos. Uma estrutura protetora compreendendo uma camada de óxido de boro e uma camada de barreira inorgânica coopera com o substrato para encapsular o primeira eletrodo, e segundo eletrodo, e a estrutura emissora de luz.
