Abstract
BACTéRIA, E, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM METABóLITO úTIL A presente invenção proporciona uma bactéria que apresenta uma capacidade de produzir um metabólito útil derivado de acetil-coenzima A, como ácido L-glutâmico, L-glutamina, L-prolina, L-arginina, L-leucina, L-cisteína, succinato, e poli-hidroxibutirato, sendo que referida bactéria é modificada de forma a incrementar as atividades de D-xilulose-5-fosfato fosfocetolase e/ou ftutose-6-fosfato fosfocetolase. A presente invenção também proporciona um método de produzir o metabólito útil usando a bactéria.
