Abstract

VáLVULA DE INJEçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL ELETROMAGNéTICA E PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DA MESMA. A presente inenção refere-se a uma válvula de injeção de combustível eletromagnética na qual um cilindro não magnético é acoplado de modo coaxial na sua extremidade frontal em uma extremidade traseira de um cilindro magnético formando uma porção de um alojamento de válvula para circundar uma porção de um núcleo móvel tendo uma face de extremidade traseira servindo como uma face de atração móvel, e um núcleo estacionário tendo uma face de extremidade frontal servindo como uma face de atração estacionária é encaixada e fixada na sua porção frontal em uma porção traseira do cilindro não magnético, de modo que a face de atração estacionária fica oposta à face de atração móvel, o núcleo estacionário (22) é encaixado e fixado na sua porção frontal no cilindro não magnético (26), de modo que ele fica em contato próximo com uma superfície interna de uma porção intermediária do cilindro não magnético (26) em uma região correspondendo com a face de atração estacionária (42), e um recesso anular (44) tendo uma porção plana (44a) conectada nivelada com a face de atração estacionária (42) é provido em uma superfície interna do cilindro não magnético (26) para formar uma câmara anular (45) entre o recesso anular (44) e uma periferia externa de uma porção traseira do núcleo móvel (18). Isso torna possível que a área das faces opostas do núcleo estacionário e do núcleo móvel seja ajustada em um valor grande até o máximo, dessa maneira impedindo a acumulação e o depósito de lascas e pó magnético.
