Abstract
"TUBOS DE AçO SEM COSTURA ACABADOS A FRIO". A presente invenção refere-se a tubos de aço sem costura acabados a frio que são fabricados de tal modo que a tensão residual F a ser gerada no estágio do processo de correção após o trabalho a frio é controlada para ser de 30 MPa ou mais e a sua dispersão ser de 30 MPa ou menos, quando medido pelo método Crampton. Ainda, quando necessário, pelo ajuste do tamanho de grão médio dos carburetos esferoidizados, a mudança dimensional a qual emerge o torneamento dos diâmetros externo e interno dos tubos de aço relevantes devido à tensão residual pode ser suprimida para ser pequena, e a estrita cilindricidade assim como a excelente usinabilidade podem ser asseguradas no estágio de processamento final das peças a trabalhar para as peças de rolamento. Conseqüentemente, a presente invenção pode contribuir para a redução de custo para as peças de rolamento e pode prover tubos de aço relevantes com alta precisão dimensional e menos mudança dimensional nas etapas finais tais como o torneamento, o tratamento térmico e similares, para serem utilizados para peças de rolamento.
