Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR TUBOS DE AçO SEM COSTURA". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir um tubo de aço sem costura para permitir eliminar não somente os desvios de espessura de parede que ocorrem na direção de redução em um laminador de mandril, mas também os desvios de espessura que ocorrem em lugares que desviam da direção de redução: medir as espessuras de parede nas direções circunferenciais de um tubo de aço sem costura (14) laminado em uma linha de produção que compreende um laminador de mandril (11), que consiste em uma pluralidade de cadeiras de redução (111 até 115) que têm cilindros de redução dispostos em sucessão com as direções de redução variadas uma da outra, e controlar, separada e individualmente com base nos resultados da medição, a posição de ambas as extremidades de cada eixo geométrico dos cilindros de redução(11~ 4~, 11~ 5~) nas cadeiras de redução finais do laminador de mandril (11) de modo que os desvios de espessura de parede possam ser minimizados.
