Abstract

MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR TUBO DE METAL SEM COSTURA. Um método divulgado neste documento é um método para produzir um primeiro tubo de metal sem costura com uma primeira espessura de parede e um segundo tubo de metal sem costura com uma segunda espessura de parede usando um laminador inclinado de três rolos e o método inclui uma primeira etapa de laminação inclinada (#5), uma etapa de mudança de configuração (#10) e uma segunda etapa de laminação inclinada (#15). Na primeira etapa de laminação inclinada, uma primeira peça de trabalho é laminada pelo laminador inclinado. Na etapa de mudança de configuração, uma condição de configuração do laminador inclinado é alterada de uma maneira (a) ou (b) conforme descrito abaixo. Na segunda etapa de laminação inclinada, uma segunda peça de trabalho é laminada pelo laminador inclinado sob a condição alterada. (a) Quando a espessura da segunda parede é menor que a espessura da primeira parede, o ângulo transversal de cada um dos rolos inclinados é maior do que o ângulo cruzado definido para a primeira etapa de laminação inclinada. (b) Quando a espessura da segunda parede é maior do que a espessura da primeira parede, o ângulo transversal de cada um dos rolos inclinados é menor do que o ângulo cruzado definido para a primeira etapa de laminação inclinada.
