Abstract
Un método descrito en el presente documento es un método para producir un primer tubo metálico sin costura con un primer grosor de pared y un segundo tubo metálico sin costura con un segundo grosor de pared mediante el uso de un tren de laminación inclinado de tres cilindros, y el método incluye un primer paso de laminado de inclinación (#5), un paso de cambio de configuración (#10), y un segundo paso de laminado de inclinación (#15). En el primer paso de laminado de inclinación, una primera pieza a trabajar es laminada por el tren de laminación inclinado. En el paso de cambio de configuración, se cambia una condición de configuración del tren de laminación inclinado de una manera (a) o (b) como se describe a continuación. En el segundo paso de laminado de inclinación, una segunda pieza a trabajar es laminada por el tren de laminación inclinado bajo la condición modificada. (a) Cuando el segundo espesor de pared es menor que el primer espesor de pared, el ángulo transversal de cada uno de los cilindros de laminación inclinados se hace mayor que el ángulo transversal establecido para el primer paso de laminado de inclinación.
