Abstract
MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR TUBO METÁLICO COM PAREDE ULTRA FINA, COM PROCESSO DE TRABALHO A FRIO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma modalidade exemplificativa da invenção provê um método para produzir um tubo metálico de parede ultra fina pelo método de trabalho a frio com significativa redução da espessura da parede. Em um método para produzir o tubo metálico com um laminador a frio pilger, de acordo com a invenção, a laminação a frio é feita, enquanto os diâmetros do tubo estão sendo expandidos usando-se os cilindros tendo matrizes ranhuradas afuniladas cujos calibres aumentam a partir de um lado de entrada de engate em direção a um lado de saída de acabamento. Em um método para produzir o tubo metálico com uma máquina de estiramento, de acordo com a invenção, o estiramento a frio é feito enquanto os diâmetros do tubo estão sendo expandidos usando-se uma matriz sólida cujos calibres aumentam a partir de um lado de entrada de engate em direção a um lado de saída de acabamento e um mandril peregrino de uma barra de mandril afunilada cujos diâmetros aumentam a partir de um lado de entrada da matriz em direção ao lado de saída. No método de produção de tubo metálico, um diâmetro máximo de mandril peregrino da barra de mandril afunilada, ou mandril peregrino, pode ser maior do que um diâmetro externo do tubo mãe.
