Abstract
"MéTODOS PARA PRODUçãO DE éSTERES ALQUìLICOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um método de produção de um éster alquílico via uma reação de transesterificação ou de estereficação. O método inclui (1) misturar uma fonte de óleo contendo um triglicerídeo ou um ácido carboxílico com um primeiro álcool primário ou um primeiro álcool secundário em um primeiro solvente orgânico para formar uma primeira solução; no qual cada molécula do primeiro solvente orgânico contém 4-8 átomos de carbono e um heteroátomo; (2) reagir o triglicerídeo ou o ácido carboxílico com o primeiro álcool primário ou o primeiro álcool secundário na presença de uma primeira lipase para produzir um primeiro éster alquílico, no qual a primeira solução não sofre separação de fases ao longo da reação e (3) separar o primeiro éster alquílico da primeira solução.
