Abstract
"Pó DE PROTEìNA E BEBIDA CONTENDO PROTEìNA OBTIDA DISSO". A invenção refere-se a um pó de proteína que contém pelo menos uma fonte de proteína e um estabilizador selecionado dentre pectina esterificada e/ou carboximetilcelulose, que é obtenível pela mistura de uma fonte de proteína com um estabilizador, aquecer a mistura, homogeneizar a mistura e secar a mistura, obtendo assim um pó. A invenção também referese a um método para produzir o referido pó de proteína, um método pata produzir uma bebida contendo proteína usando o referido pó de proteína e uma bebida contendo proteína obtida pelo referido método.
