Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE PóS DE METAL, LIGA E COMPOSTO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a produção de pó de metal, pó de liga e pó de composto com um diâmetro de partículas médio D50 de não mais do que 25 <109>m a partir de um pó inicial com um diâmetro de partículas maior do que o médio. As partículas do pó inicial são processadas em um estágio de deformação a fim de formar partículas em forma de lâminas. A proporção do diâmetro das partículas para a espessura das mesmas é entre 10 : 1 e 1000 : 1. As partículas em forma de lâminas são moídas na presença de um agente auxiliar de moagem e obtém-se o pó de metal, de liga e de composto.
