Abstract

Fremgangsmåteoppfinnelsen vedrører en framgangsmåte for produksjon av metallpulver, legeringspulver og komposittpulver med en gjennomsnittlig partikkeldiameter D50 på høyst 25 (m fra et innledningsvis pulver med en større enn gjennomsnittlig partikkeldiameter. Det innledningsvise pulvers partikler bearbeides i et deformasjonstrinn med sikte på å danne småplateformede partikler. Forholdet for partikkeldiameteren til partikkeltykkelsen derav er mellom 10:1 og 1 000:1. De småplateformede partikler pulveriseres i nærvær av et oppmalingsmiddel, og metallpulveret, legeringspulveret og komposittpulveret er tilveiebrakt.
