Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Metall-, Legierungs- und Verbundpulvern mit einem mittleren Partikeldurchmesser D50 von höchstens 25 µm aus einem Ausgangspulver mit größerem mittleren Partikeldurchmesser, wobei die Partikel des Ausgangspulvers in einem Deformationsschritt zu plättchenförmigen Partikeln verarbeitet werden, deren Verhältnis von Partikeldurchmesser zu Partikeldicke zwischen 10 : 1 und 1000 : 1 beträgt, und die plättchenförmigen Partikel einer Zerkleinerungsmahlung in Gegenwart eines Mahlhilfsmittels unterworfen werden, und so erhältliche Metall-, Legierungs- und Verbundpulver.
