Abstract

"MISTURA DE INOCULANTES PARA TRATAMENTO DE FERRO FUNDIDO LìQUIDO E USO DA MESMA". A invenção se refere a uma mistura de inoculantes para o tratamento de ferro fundido derretido, compreendendo de 5 a 75% em peso de uma liga de ferro-silício do tipo A onde Si/Fe > 2, contendo 0,005 a 3% em peso de terras raras, 0,005 a 3% de bismuto, chumbo e/ou antimónio e menos do que 3% de cálcio, com uma relação (Bi+Pb+Sb)/TR de entre 0,9 e 2,2 e 25 a 95% de pelo menos uma liga do tipo B, com base em silício ou ferro-silício de tal modo que Si/Fe > 2, contendo cálcio em um nível tal que a quantidade total de cálcio na mistura é de 0,3 a 3%. As misturas acima têm uma boa estabilidade granulométrica com o passar do tempo e proporcionam uma inoculação eficiente de peças fundidas, especificamente de peças finas.
