Abstract

"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A PRODUçãO DE LINHAS FIADAS E FIBRAS DE LYOCELL". A invenção refere-se a um método e a um dispositivo para a produção de fibras de Lyocell a partir de uma solução de fiação que contém água, celulose e óxido de amina terciária. A solução de fiação é extrudada para formar linhas fiadas (10) . As linhas fiadas (10) são esticadas e passadas através de um banho de precipitação (16) a fim de precipitar a celulose. Foi revelado surpreendentemente que a tenacidade das fibras de Lyocell produzidas dessa maneira pode ser aumentada quando as fibras esticadas são sujeitadas a pós-estiramento em um meio de pós-estiramento. As fibras de Lyocell pós-esticadas têm um módulo de umedecimento de pelo menos 260 cN/tex.
