Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UM PRECURSOR DE CATALISADOR". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de um precursor de catalisador, que compreende submeter, em um estágio de tratamento inicial, uma lama de um suporte de catalisador, um precursor de componente de catalisador ativo, e água, a tratamento a temperatura elevada e a pressão sub-atmosférica, para impregnar o suporte com o precursor e para secar parcialmente o suporte impregnado. O estágio de tratamento inicial não continua para além do ponto em que o veículo impregnado possui uma LOI que seja inferior a 1,2 LOI~ iw~. em um estágio de tratamento subsequente, o suporte impregnado parcialmente seco é submetido a secagem mais vigorosa a temperatura elevada e a pressão sub-atmosférica para obter um veículo impregnado seco que é calcinado para obter o precursor de catalisador. O precursor de catalisador é reduzido para obter um catalisador.
