Abstract
"COMPONENTE MAGNéTICO DE GRANDE CAPACIDADE DE METAL AMORFO E MéTODO PARA SUA CONSTRUçãO". Componente magnético de grande capacidade de metal amorfo possui uma pluralidade de camadas de tiras de metal amorfo laminadas juntamente para formar uma parte geralmente tridimensional possuindo a forma de um poliedro. O componente magnético de grande capacidade de metal amorfo pode incluir uma superfície arqueada, e preferivelmente inclui duas superfícies arqueadas que são dispostas em oposição uma à outra. O componente magnético é operável em freq³ências que variam na faixa de entre aproximadamente 60 Hz e 20.000 Hz e apresenta uma perda de núcleo de entre menos que ou aproximadamente igual a 1 watt por kg de material do metal amorfo para uma densidade de fluxo de 1,4T e quando operado a uma freq³ência de aproximadamente 60 Hz, e uma perda de núcleo de menos que ou aproximadamente igual a 70 watts por kg de material do metal amorfo para uma densidade de fluxo de 0,30T e quando operado a uma freq³ência de aproximadamente 20.000 Hz. As características da performance do componente magnético de grande capacidade de metal amorfo da presente invenção são significativamente melhores quando comparadas aos componentes de aço-silício operados sobre a mesma faixa de freq³ência.
