Abstract
"MAQUINARIA PARA FABRICAçãO AUTOMATIZADA DEESTRUTURAS DE ARAME FORMADAS COMO MONTAGENSDE MOLAS INTERNAS". Maquinaria para fabricaçãoautomatizada de estruturas de arame formadas como montagensde molas internas para colchões incluem dispositivos de formaçãode espira (201, 202), um sistema transportador (301) tendo umapluralidade de lanços (308) montados deslizavelmente sobre umatrilha (306) e conectados a uma corrente (315) acionada por umacionador de classificação (320), e um montador de molas internas(500) tendo primeiro e segundo conjuntos de matrizes de engate deespira (504a, 504b) em uma disposição paralela. As matrizes sãomontadas sobre barras transportadoras (506a, 506b) que sãoverticalmente giradas dentro do montador para divergir as matrizessuperior e inferior de um conjunto para posicionar uma fileira deespiras não comprimidas entre as mesmas, e convergir as matrizessobre uma fileira de espiras para comprimir e reter de forma seguraas espiras em uma fileira. Um conjunto classificador (700) giralateralmente as barras transportadoras pelo que a posição lateraldos primeiro e segundo conjuntos de matriz pode ser trocada parafornecer interconexão contínua de fileiras de espiras.
