Description
前記被牽引用フック(17)には、その先端のフック部(17b)の後側で且つ前記ラックギヤ(9)の前端よりも前方に、当該フック部(17b)との間で前記引込み用爪(26)を挟む先行防止用爪部(17c)が連設され、前記先端のフック部(17b)は、前記先行防止用爪部(17c)よりも前記引込み用爪(26)の回動軌跡内に深く入り込む長さを有する構成になっている。

Claims (6)
- 一定走行経路上を走行可能な搬送用走行体に、その走行方向と平行にラックギヤが付設され、このラックギヤを利用して搬送用走行体を推進させるラックギヤ駆動区間に、前記ラックギヤと咬合する駆動用ピニオンギヤが配設され、前記ラックギヤの前端側には、当該ラックギヤの前端より前方位置に被牽引用フックが配設され、ラックギヤ駆動区間の入り口に配設される駆動用ピニオンギヤには、前記被牽引用フックと係合して搬送用走行体を、前記ラックギヤの前端が前記駆動用ピニオンギヤに咬合する位置まで引き込む引込み用爪が併設されたラックギヤ駆動可能な搬送装置において、
前記被牽引用フックには、その先端のフック部の後側で且つ前記ラックギヤの前端よりも前方に、当該フック部との間で前記引込み用爪を挟む先行防止用爪部が連設され、前記先端のフック部は、前記先行防止用爪部よりも前記引込み用爪の回動軌跡内に深く入り込む長さを有する、ラックギヤ駆動可能な搬送装置。 - 前記被牽引用フックは、その後方に延出する基端部が、前記ラックギヤの前端側部に一定範囲内上下揺動自在に軸支され、下向き付勢力で下限作用位置にある前記被牽引用フックが前記駆動用ピニオンギヤ側の引込み用爪によって突き上げられたとき、当該被牽引用フックが上動して前記引込み用爪の通過を許すように構成された、請求項1に記載のラックギヤ駆動可能な搬送装置。
- 前記先行防止用爪部は、前記引込み用爪を後方から乗り越えて通過することは出来ないが、当該引込み用爪の後方からの通過は許す、逆止構造となっている、請求項1又は2に記載のラックギヤ駆動可能な搬送装置。
- 前記被牽引用フックのラックギヤに対する軸支位置が、当該被牽引用フックのフック部と前記引込み用爪との当接高さよりも低くなっている、請求項2又は3に記載のラックギヤ駆動可能な搬送装置。
- 前記被牽引用フックには、強制復帰用被操作部が設けられ、前記搬送用走行体の走行経路中は、前記被牽引用フックが前記引込み用爪の回転軌跡内に入る以前に前記強制復帰用被操作部に作用する強制復帰用操作部を配設し、前記被牽引用フックが前記下限作用位置に復帰していないとき、前記操作部が前記強制復帰用被操作部に作用して、当該被牽引用フックを前記下限作用位置に強制復帰させるように構成された、請求項2〜4の何れか1項に記載のラックギヤ駆動可能な搬送装置。
- 前記強制復帰用被操作部は、この被牽引用フックのラックギヤに対する軸支位置よりも後ろ側で且つ横側方に位置するカムによって構成され、前記強制復帰用操作部は、前記カムを押し上げるローラーによって構成されている、請求項5に記載のラックギヤ駆動可能な搬送装置。
