Abstract

"PROCESSO DE AJUSTE PARA UM SEGMENTO DE ROLOS DE UMA INSTALAçãO DE FUNDIçãO EM MEADA". A invenção se refere ao processo de ajuste para um segmento de rolos de uma instalação de fundição em meada, que contém um lado de entrada do segmento (6), um lado de saída do segmento (7), e um par de suportes de rolos (1, 2), que suportam, respectivamente, no mínimo dois rolos que se estendem acima da área de apoio (4). Os suportes de rolo (1, 2) são ajustados mutuamente por meio de uma unidade de ajuste disposta no lado de entrada do segmento (6) e por meio de uma unidade de ajuste disposta no lado de saída do segmento (7), em que cada unidade de ajuste compreende dois conjuntos de unidades de cilindros hidráulicos (8 a 11) dispostas em ambos os lados da área de suporte (4). A invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de que as unidades de cilindros hidráulicos (8 a 11) são ajustáveis tanto na posição como também na pressão, que por intermédio das unidades de cilindros hidráulicos (8 a 11) os rolos (3) são ajustados no funcionamento do ajuste de posição sobre uma meada metálica (5) conduzida pelos rolos (3) e que as unidades de cilindros hidráulicos (8 a 11) são desviados no funcionamento da regulagem da posição para a regulagem da pressão, quando a pressão nas respectivas unidades de cilindros hidráulicos (8 a 11) alcança um valor limite.
