Abstract

"BLOCO DE ALIMENTAçãO PARA FABRICAR UMA PELìCULA óPTICA DE CAMADA MúLTIPLA, E, PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR UMA PELìCULA óPTICA DE CAMADA MúLTIPLA". Processos e aparelhos são fornecidos para a fabricação de películas ópticas poliméricas de camada múltipla co-extrudadas. As películas ópticas de camada múltipla têm um arranjo ordenado de camadas de dois ou mais materiais que tenham espessuras de camada particulares e um gradiente de espessura de camada prescrito por toda a pilha óptica de camada múltipla. Os processos e os aparelhos descritos permitem controle melhorado sobre as espessuras de camada individual, gradientes de espessura de camada, índices de refração, adesão intercamada e características de superfície das películas ópticas. Os processos e os aparelhos descritos são utilizáveis para fabricar polarizadores de interferência, espelhos e películas coloridas que sejam opticamente eficazes sobre porções de sonda dos espectros ultra violeta, visível e infra vermelho.
