Abstract

본 발명은 유기광기록 테이프와 그 기록 재생방법 및 기록소거장치에 관한 것으로, 테이프는 백코팅층, 베이스필름, 엘라스토머에 레이저흡수 발열이 가능한 색소 2~40wt%를 첨가시킨 기록층, 기록층 엘라스토머 보다 유리전이 온도가 높은 투명열가소성 수지 단독 또는 레이저흡수 발열가능 색소 1~20wt%가 첨가된 소거층으로 차례로 적층된 것이며, 기록 및 재생방법은 단일 레이저인 레이저 다이오드의 출력을 조정하여 기록 및 재생(기록시 보다 레이저 출력이 낮음) 시키도록 하는 것이며, 기록소거장치는 기록된 테이프가 접촉 통과하는 보빈과, 보빈과 일정간격을 유지하여 테이프를 가열시키는 써멀패드로 이루어진 것으로, 유기광기록 방식을 테이프에 적용시킴으로 기억용량을 극대화시키며 기록 및 재생방식도 단일 레이저의 출력을 조정하여 기록 및 재생하므로 기록 및 재생이 용이하고, 기록소거시에는 보빈과 써멀패드를 사용하여 가열시킴으로 소거가 가능케되는 편리함을 제공한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 백코팅층, 베이스필름, 기록층, 소거층으로 이루어진 소거가능형 유기광기록 테이프에 있어서, 기록층 혹은 기록층과 소거층에 동일한 유기색소가 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기광기록 테이프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기록층과 소거층에 동일한 유기색소가 첨가되는 경우에 소거층에 첨가되는 유기색소의 함량은 기록층에 함유된 유기색소의 양보다 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 유기광기록 테이프.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기록층에 첨가되는 색소의 함량은 기록층 수지의 2-40wt%이고, 소거층에 첨가되는 색소의 함량은 소거층 수지의 1-2wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기광기록 테이프.
  4. 백코팅층, 베이스필름, 기록층, 소거층으로 이루어진 소거가능형 유기광기록용 테이프에 있어서, 기록층 혹은 기록층과 소거층에 동일한 색소가 첨가되어 테이프에 단일 레이저의 출력을 조정하여 조사함으로서 기록 및 재생이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기광기록 테이프의 기록 및 재생방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 테이프에 조사되는 단일 레이저는 레이저 다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기광기록 테이프의 기록 및 재생방법.
  6. 기록된 테이프가 접촉하며 통과되는 보빈(21)과, 통과되는 테이프(20)를 가열하기 위해 보빈(21)과 일정간격을 가지면서 350-450℃로 유지된 써멀패드(22)로 이루어져서, 통과된 테이프의 기록이 소거되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 유기광기록 테이프의 소거장치.
