Abstract

"VELA DE IGNIçãO". A presente invenção refere-se à vela de ignição (100) a ser utilizada no motor de combustão interna, e principalmente, refere-se à vela de ignição (100), que resguarda no seu interior um resistor de proteção (15) contra eclosão de ruídos de ondas eletromagnéticas. Convencionalmente, é notória a vela resistiva de ignição (100) com estrutura interna configurada do furo passante (6) no sentido axial do isolador (2), a partir de uma das extremidades inserido o terminal metálico (13) e no outra, fixado o eletrodo central (3) e entre os quais se aloja o vidro eletrocondutor (16) e (17) envolvendo o resistor (15) formado de material eletrocondutor como negro de fumo ou metais, etc., de forma que. o dito eletrodo central (3) e terminal metálico (13) conecta diretamente com o dito vidro eletrocondutor (16) e (17), estabelecendo conexão elétrica entre as duas partes citadas e ao mesmo tempo unindo intrinsecamente as partes metálicas (3 e 13) e o vidro na conformação imposta pela aplicação de pressão dos metais sobre os vidros amolecidos no processo de selagem do sistema. O sistema conformado supra apresenta problema de fixação do eletrodo central (3) e terminal metálico (13), o qual a presente invenção aborda para a resolução. A presente invenção consiste em fornecer o eletrodo central (3) e terminal metálico (13) com o nível de conjução aumentada de modo obter intensificação dos contatos entre ambas as partes, eliminando problemas de soltara ou mau contacto do eletrodo central (30) e do terminal metálico (13) da vela de ignição (100), introduzindo os elementos como 1 ou 2 tipos dentre Zn, Sn, Pb, RH, Pd, Pt, Cu, Au, Sb e Ag, no vidro eletrocondutor dos componentes da selagem, com as condições especiais.
