Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"SISTEMAS INTEGRADOS MICROELETRÈNICOS DE AUTO-MONTAGEM, AUTO-ENDEREçáVEIS, DISPOSITIVOS DE COMPONENTE, MECANISMOS, MéTODOS E PROCEDIMENTOS PARA ANáLISE BIOLóGICA MOLECULAR E DIAGNóSTICOS"<D>. Um dispositivo microeletrónico de auto-montagem, auto-endereçável, é projetado para ativamente realizar e controlar reações biológicas moleculares multiplex e de múltiplas etapas em formatos microscópicos. Estas reações incluem hibridizações de ácido nucléico, reações de anticorpo/antígeno, diagnósticos, e síntese de biopolímero. O dispositivo pode ser fabricado usando-se tanto técnicas micro-litográficas quanto técnicas de micro-usinagem. O dispositivo pode eletronicamente controlar o transporte e a ligação de entidades de ligação específicas a microlocais específicos.
