Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"COMPOSIçãO SELADORA CURáVEL ANAERóBICA"<D>. Uma composição seladora curável anaeróbica é descrita, que é adequada como uma gaxeta fluida, para uso, por exemplo, em partes a serem seladas no campo de partes de automóveis, e que é superior em resistência a óleo e flexibilidade, a flexibilidade sendo mantida mesmo em uma atmosfera em alta temperatura. A composição é preparada por adição de partículas finas de núcleo - invólucro, consistindo em um núcleo de um polímero borrachento e um invólucro de polímero vítreo, a um selador curável anaeróbico, compreendendo um pré-polímero de (met)acrilato, um monómero polimerizável por radical e um peróxido orgânico. Tem uma força repulsiva suficientemente alta, para manter a flexibilidade e a capacidade de selagem capazes de suportar as vibrações e as tensões externas induzidas em uma parte selo, e é superior em adesão à superfície oleosa.
