Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "COESIVO SENSìVEL ã PRESSãO". Um adesivo/coesivo sensível à pressão exibe excelentes propriedades de corpo coesivo, e outros aspectos desejáveis, mesmo quando exposto ao calor e a lubrificantes à base de polissiloxano tais como em impressora a laser. A formulação compreende 1 00 partes em peso de borracha natural (por exemplo, um enxerto de borracha natural estabilizado eletrostericamente e um terpolímero de bloco), e expressada como percentuais em peso da borracha dos seguintes componentes: cerca de 5 a 35 % (por exemplo, cerca de 28 %) de monómero ou monómeros de acrilato (como, por exemplo, o metacrilato de metila, o metacrilato de ciclohexila, o metacrifato de benzila, e/ou o metacrilato de isobornila); cerca de 0,5 a 8 % de ácido acrílico e/ou cerca de 1 a 10 % de 4-acetoxiestireno; cerca de 0 a 20 % de acrilato de etil hexila; cerca de 1 a 50 % (por exemplo, cerca de 10 a 30 %) de um material particulado duro finamente dividido (como, por exemplo, sílica gel); 0 a 50 % (de preferência, cerca de 10 a 30 %) de amido; e de 0 a 40% (de preferência pelo menos cerca de 5 %) de um látex de estirenobutadieno carboxilatado, ou de um látex de policloropreno carboxilatado, ou de um látex de estireno-acrilato-acrílonitrila, ou de um látex de estirenobutadieno de vinil-piridina, ou de um látex de borracha natural pré-reticulado, ou de um agente de pegajosidade, ou suas combinações.
