Abstract

Una composición de látex adhesiva que es insoluble en agua cuando se seca, la cual incluye: (A) un látex adhesivo sensible a la presión, el cual es dispersable en álcali cuando se seca, tal como un copolímero de n-butilacrilato, ácido metacrílico, e hidroxietilacrilato; (B) un látex adhesivo sensible a la presión, el cual no es dispersable en álcali cuando se seca, tal como un látex de copolímero basado en n-butilacrilato, y opcionalmente, uno o más viscosantes. El visconsante, si se utiliza, puede ser una mezcla de cuando menos un viscosante que tenga un punto de reblandecimiento de menos de 55°C y cuando menos un viscosante que tenga un punto de reblandecimiento entre 55°C y 150°C. El papel que contiene la composición de látex adhesiva insoluble en agua se puede reciclar fácilmente en un papel de buena calidad.
