Abstract

 高い放熱特性を有し、かつ筐体への良好な粘着特性を有する複合反射シートを提供する。  厚さが10~100μmでありかつ空隙率が80体積以下である反射層と、熱伝導率1W/mK以上かつ厚さ10~500μmの粘着層を含む複合反射シート。厚さ10~100μmでありかつ空隙率が80体積以下である反射層と、金属箔と、熱伝導率1W/mK以上かつ厚さ10~500μmの粘着層を含む複合反射シート。反射層が多孔質である複合反射シート。反射層が空隙率80体積%以下の多孔質である複合反射シート。粘着層が、(a)炭素数2~12のアルキル基を有するアクリレートまたはメタクリレート、(b)式(1)で表されるアクリル系モノマー、(c)ポリチオール、及び(d)無機粉末を含有し、(d)無機粉末が40~70体積%である組成物の重合物である。
