Abstract
Se provee una hoja acrílica térmicamente conductiva que tiene alta conductividad térmica y también buena característica adhesiva; una hoja acrílica adhesiva por ambos lados y térmicamente conductiva, la cual se produce de una mezcla de materiales de partida que comprende (a) un monómero: un acrilato o metacrilato que tiene un grupo alquilo de C2-12, (b) un monómero: un monómero acrílico que está representado por una fórmula (1), pero la cual es diferente del monómero (a), (c) un politiol y (d) un polvo inorgánico, en donde el contenido del polvo inorgánico en la mezcla de materiales de partida es de 30 a 70 % en volumen, y el diámetro máximo en partícula del polvo inorgánico es de 5 a 70% del grosor de la hoja.
