Abstract

"DNA RECOMBINANTE AUTONOMAMENTE REPLICáVEL EM CéLULAS DE BACTéRIAS CORINEFORMES, BACTéRIA CORINEFORME ABRIGANDO UMA ASPARTOQUINASE, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR L-LISA, DNA, E, VETOR PVK7". Uma bactéria corineforme abrigando uma aspartoquinase em que a inibição de retro-alimentação por L-lisina e L-treonina é substancialmente dessensibilizada, e compreendendo uma sequência de DNA melhorada codificando para reductase di-hidrodipicolinato, uma sequência de DNA melhorada codificando para reductase di-hidropicolinato, uma sequência de DNA melhorada codificando para sintase di-hidropicolinato, uma sequência de DNA melhorada codificando para descarboxilase diaminopimelato, e uma sequência DNA melhorada codificando para aminotransferase aspartato, um processo para produzir L-lisina compreendendo as etapas de cultivar a bactéria corineforme em um meio apropriado para permitir que L-lisina seja produzida e acumulada em uma cultura da bactéria, e coletar L-lisina da cultura; e um DNA recombinante utilizável para produção de bactéria corineforme.
