PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE L-LISINA SEGUN EL CUAL DNA RECOMBINANTE, PRODUCIDO POR UN FRAGMENTO DE DNA QUE PRESENTA UNA SECUENCIA PARA LA CODIFICACION GENETICA QUE CONDUCE A LA PRODUCCION DE PROTEINAS, LAS CUALES MANIFIESTAN UNA ACTIVIDAD DE ASPARTIL-(BETA)-SEMIALDEHIDO-DESHIDROGENASA (ASD), O DE DEREGULACION DE LA ASPARTO-QUINASA (LYSC), Y QUE PROCEDE DE UN MICROORGANISMO DE LA ESPECIE CORYNEBACTERIUM O BREVIBACTERIUM, Y QUE SE COMPONE DE VECTOR DNA, SE INJERTA EN UN MICROORGANISMO DE LAS ESPECIES ANTES CITADAS. EL MUTANTE ASI OBTENIDO SE CULTIVA EN UN MEDIO ADECUADO, SEPARANDOSE DE ESTE MEDIO LA L-LISINA PRODUCIDA.
