Abstract

"BACTéRIA CORINEFORME, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR áCIDO L-GLUTâMICO, E, DNA" Bactéria corineforme tendo melhorada atividade de desidrogenase de piruvato intracelular que é obtida por aumento do número de cópias de um gene codificando para desidrogenase de piruvato intracelular e tendo capacidade de produzir ácido L-glutâmico é cultivado em um meio preferivelmente contendo vitamina B~ 1~ a uma concentração de 20 Ág/1 ou mais, de modo que o ácido L-glutâmico deve ser acumulado no meio, e ácido L-glutâmico é coletado da cultura. De acordo com a presente invenção, uma cepa bacteriana tendo alta capacidade de produzir ácido L-glutâmico foi criada, e provê-se um processo para produzir, de modo eficiente, ácido L-glutâmico em um baixo custo.
