Abstract

um método para formar um material antiderrapante. um transportador termoplástico flexível (13) é fornecido. uma superfície de liberação quente (45) é fornecida. é fornecida uma primeira camada (29) de partículas termoplásticas discretas (39), assentadas na superfície de liberação quente (45). as partículas discretas (39) estão acima das suas temperaturas de amolecimento, fornecendo na primeira camada (29) uma aderência. o método inclui contatar o transportador (13) com a primeira camada aderente para grudar a primeira camada (29) ao transportador (13), e depois remover o transportador, e com isso a primeira camada aderente presa ao transportador, a partir da superfície de liberação (45). desse modo, o transportador (13) é fornecido com um revestimento antiderrapante quente, de preferência descontínuo e/ou elastomérico. com uma energia térmica do revestimento quente, é formada uma ligação entre o transportador e o revestimento. a remoção do transportador (13) inclui puxar o transportador para fora do contato com uma força de extração. a temperatura da superfície de liberação quente (45) está acima da temperatura de derretimento do transportador (13). o transportador seria deteriorado, se aquecido completamente para a temperatura da superfície de liberação e simultaneamente puxado com a força de extração. por conseguinte, o tempo de contato é mantido mais curto do que o tempo mínimo requerido por um calor da superfície de liberação quente (45) para deteriorar o transportador (13). projeções de rugosidade de topo plano (31) podem ser incluídas no revestimento antiderrapante.
