Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um produto de bebida compreendendo uma bebida em um recipiente vedado. a bebida compreende, em água, uma combinação de componentes de tamponamento selecionados de (a) ácido cítrico e citrato trissódico, (b) ácido tartárico e tartarato dissódico, ou (c) ácido málico e malato dissódico, e glicose e cloreto de sódio, em que a bebida tem um ph menor do que 4,0. um método e um aparelho adequados para a produção de tal produto de bebida também são providos.
